Field Quality Assurance

Conformity with respect to Approved Drawings / Quality Plan, relevant Codes / Standards / statutory Norms including witnessing / interpretation of all Test results is the core of on-site inspection.
Steel structures are thoroughly checked during fabrication for dimensions and welding by NDT methods before erection. Ensuring deployment of qualified welders
Quality Plan for conformance to relevant Codes / Standards / Statutory Norms. Ensuring foundations / structural work for their conformance to Drawings including witnessing of tests (concrete, steel etc).
Technical Audits
Services include Auditing of Equipment / Plants, Study & Development of Manufacturing Processes, advice on Quality Assurance Plans, etc. This Service is provided concurrently along with Inspection assignments or as a separate entity to ensure Product Quality as per stringent or Regulatory Body requirements.
